1.DISCIPLINE FOR ORGANS OF SENSES

This Discipline for Organs of Senses has classified into two.
[1]Discipline for Visible (Bodily) Organs.
[2]Discipline for Invisible (Mental) Organs.

Do Hearing Nadham (Kind of spiritual sound) like chants and Not to terrible word.
Do Touching with Grace and Not with impure.
Do not look harshly.
Do not be eager to taste.
Do not be eager to aroma.
Do talk pleasant word.
Do not lie.
Do Obstruct the violence against beings at the time with any tricks.
Do Visit the places of elderly.
Do Visit the dwellings of sadhus (Holy men) and other places in the aspect of Vital aid.
Do Give, Take with good effort.
Do Maintain excreta as normal (Standard) not as abnormal(Less, More) by these ways,
[1] By taking moderate food and moderate enjoyments.
[2] If obstructed due to Time variation, Heat prostration than cure it by
[a] Oshathi Vagaigal (Sukku - Dry ginger)
[b] Boudhiga Moolangal (Basmams - Medicinal metal powders)
[c] Sarabedha, Asthaparisa (Spritual tactics)
[d] Moolanga pranava dhyana (Deep meditation)
Do not ejaculate abnormally.
Do not ejaculate (semen) in Casual, Intense stages and in any ways.
Do Cover Genitals continuously.
Do Cover Head, Chest like parts continuously
Do Wear Foot wears at the time of walk.
Do not wear unclean dress.

These are all Discipline for Organs of Senses.

  
2.DISCIPLINE FOR FACULTIES OF MIND

Discipline for faculties of mind is:
Do Create inteligence with Sirsabai (Spritual invisible place in body) in mind.
Do Hold this in centre of brows originally.
Do not hold dirty things in mind.
Do not enquire ethics of beings.
Do not hold self worth.
Do omit sources of Raagam (Holding things) and Be in nature Sathuvam (Holding oneself)
Do hold Principle of Nature without acting it abnormally.


3.DISCIPLINE FOR BEINGNESS

Discipline for Beingness is:
From Men, Women to everyone, consider all as ourself equally by eliminating,
[a] Caste
[b] Sect
[c] Religion
[d] Aasiramam (vedic division)
[e] Division affiliated to nature of work
[f] Division comes under sect
[g] Tribe
[h] Division affiliated to sasthiram (Ancient literature that guides DoS and DontS)
[i] Nationalities
[j] Superiority
[k] Inferiority


4.DISCIPLINE FOR SOUL

Discipline for soul is:
Raised beings from elephant to ants have special lord invisibly.
So
In those beings,
[a] Soul of being - Reverent hall.
[b] Soul of god - Standing as Guru.
To become all as self by Everything without omission, Everywhere without variation.
